If you sign up before the 21st, you will receive next month's shipment. If you sign up after the 21st you will be rolled over to the next month.
No, you will never receive the same cigars. Every months shipment will be completely different. In the future, we do plan on integrating a "leftovers" tab so you can snag a couple extras if a specific stick stands out to you!
All customers will be re-billed on the 10th of the month. We chose this date because it is the date we count all final orders for the next month. If by chance you would like to cancel for whatever reason, make sure to do so before the 10th.
Shipping is included for orders sent within the United States. Orders for Canada is a $10 fee. All other international orders are $25
Each cigar is carefully selected by the Cigar Crate team. The goal for each shipment is to include a mix of both high-quality more "popular" cigars paired with number of boutique brands that stand out to us! The common theme is the quality of our shipments. We never want the customer to ever second guess the value they are getting from month to month.
Our cigars remain in our humidor at 70 degrees Fahrenheit/70% humidity until they are ready to be shipped. All humidors are monitored on a daily basis.

By clicking on 'Checkout', you confirm that you are 21 years or older and accept our Terms of Service that your subscription will automatically renew based on the subscription billing period. Your credit card will automatically be charged the subscription fee until you cancel your subscription. You can cancel your subscription anytime by contacting us at thecigarcrate@gmail.com
Your subscription is covered by the Cigar Crate Guarantee. Your first month subscription is refundable if you are not completely happy. Must request refund before your subscription renews for the second month. After that all sales are final. You may cancel anytime. Send all requests or questions to mail@cigarcrate.com
