CEO & FOUNDER
Veljko Bogdanovic
Veljko Bogdanovic, who was born in Serbia, is the CEO & Founder of Cigar Crate. Veljko grew up in Memphis, Tennessee, and is currently working at an investment banking firm in Nashville, TN. Over the past five years, he has amassed a large social media following through various cigar-related reviews and lifestyle content. Since then, his expanding expertise in cigars is what led him to the creation of Cigar Crate.
With a strong focus on quality selection, Veljko hopes to raise the bar for subscription-based cigar businesses.
Michael Jansheski, who was born in San Rafael, California, is the Chief Operating Officer of Cigar Crate - focused on both inbound and outbound sales efforts for the company. In addition to Cigar Crate and HYPE Energy where Michael was a top salesman, he is also working towards a degree in concrete management at MTSU. Aside from being a cigar enthusiast, he also shares a passion for creating glass art.

Michael Jansheski
David Xayabudda, who was born in Murfreesboro, TN, is the President of Cigar Crate and is part of the first generation of Xayabuddas in the United States.
He has three passions in life: cigars, coffee, and helping others. Having traveled to his family’s home country of Laos and experienced the poverty of a third-world country, he felt a calling to help people in developing nations.
A goal in his life is to form a nonprofit that will benefit families in southeast Asia that do not have access to clean water, electricity, and medical treatment.
